Please don't declare another national catastrophy- we've got enough of those already. I know only one single person lacking any sense of humour, so it can't be so bad. At the moment, nerves are on end when Christianity is considered. This Pope series on MTV, The Da Vinci Code- it's all too much for poor Benedict, I think. And now monsters winning a contest that was once ruled by nice little songs about cows in pastures, maidens guarding them, flowing rivers and wide mountain ranges- *sigh* Anyway, I've got to admit that I'd consider either Lordi or the whole competition exceedingly funny. But I laughed merrily reading your description of Bild's headline. That's what Bild is for me: involuntary parody at its best.
