Picture post: Nazgul and Maru go to look at Alan Rickman again

So this is what today was all about...




Three blonde Anja-Tanjas and one dark-haired one walk down the red carpet during preparation; black was worn by almost all that worked at the event



The nazgul is extremely amused at the thought that you would be fired on the spot if you turned up for work in blue and yellow



They had a special chick to scatter rose leaves on the red carpet



And rather handsome roadies



Then this gaggle of uniformed giggling sub-interns emerged, and were photographed by their boss



All they ever did was distribute gummy bears in orange packages to the spectators and the press; only they weren't bears, they were logos of the TV channel that was broadcasting this red carpet celeb thing



When things got interesting, cars were parked in the way, bang in the middle of the red carpet - another sponsor wanting their product to be seen



The most popular comedian in Germany, Michael Herbig AKA Bully, being charming to fans. nazgulwears got his autograph and declared he was so nice we had to see all his movies now. I pointed out we had seen them all, owned the two older ones on DVD, and had actually taken the Little Lady to see his newest one. Nazgul argued we should see all his future movies as well, but really, we would have anyway. It's nice to know Bully is as nice as he is funny, though.




Alan Rickman seen over the top of one of the obtrusively parked cars; they were extremely annoying and so in the way. He didn't come any closer; the Nazgul suggeted that some people are afraid of nazguls and small purple dark deities (which was much in evidence on me today).

Afterwards, we had a thunderstorm, but not before I got home; the cat went and hid unobtrusivley underneath the little trolley where my TV and DVD player live on. I didn't realise there was room for anything underneath, let alone anybody...
