I could become all theoretical here and say that any externalised represetation of ourselves (as in an LJ, a memoir, or any journal really) becomes to some extent fictional because of the demands for the flow of narrativium in telling any story, even if it happened.

I don't, though, because that would be a very pretentious thing to say.
