I know the Nazgul; I could see her deadpanning all the way from Obermenzing to Vaterstetten.-
And yes, I got that kind of mental picture as well. Which is why I found it so hilarious. It cheered me up no end on a long, hard day.
And then, all the recalcitrant customers gave in, and I didn't have to point an Urquhart at anybody. Good for them!
