I have rarely thrown away any books. One or two, I found so bad I made sure nobody else would ever read them, but the rest, I keep around. My bookshelves, however, are a bit of a black hole at the moment, as I didn't sort and shelve them all by myself when I moved, so I don't know with blind lightning fast precision where which book is, any more, which makes me feel -- odd, actually.
