Supernatural: reaction post to 'When The Levee Breaks'

I'll be flailing reacting as I go along. Non-spoilery first remark: Oh, another one named for a Led Zeppelin song! (Which you can listen to on YouTube if you want context.)

• Yuck: - Alastair!! Of all people not to stay dead -- him! Gargh! I really, really hate his voice/speech impediement/accent/whatever. It is really annoying to have to listen to that.
• Oh good, he was just a hallucination!
• Hehhh Dean's calling the angels 'a bunch of shady politicians from planet Vulcan'! That's not just a Trek reference, it's an Enterprise reference. These Winchesters seem to watch lots of TV in their tasteless motel rooms of the week. Every show except their own.-
• Brainwashed!Castiel is somehow painful; and Dean and he have these painful slashy vibes, standing something like a foot off from each other, just facing each other in silence.
• And yes, no matter how much I like it, the way that show portrays women is just atrocious. Now that I noticed, it keeps nagging at me.
• At least Sam didn't steal the Impala!
• OMGWTFBBQ -- the end? Is it next week already?
