The roughly one-year-old twins living in the house opposite watch the big Volvo digger at work this morning. They do look rather like teletubbies. And no, I don't know their names or whether they're male, female, or one each; I only ever observe them in that window.
That's one of the things that amused me so much about it. One of the other was how the man driving the big Volvo digger with the 'claw o'doom' held it up in front of the window to let the tubbies have a real good look at it; the picture I took of that unfortunately didn't convey thhe fact, and this one looked better, all in all.
The CSU? Munich doesn't vote CSU. That's the damn hinterland, like the execrable village where I work. Munich has had an SPD mayor with Green sub-mayors, even, since time out of mind.

*groans*
Instead of Sunday, or in addition to Sunday, you could drop by on Thursday in the early evening and admire the monster in action.

It's easier to be an early adopter in Munich than in, erm, I don't name names...

But maybe I'll drop by some time soon anyway. If I find said time at all. People are moving there like whoa. :-D
