More twee dolls
Hello
tekalynn ? The Little Lady and I did that game that you suggested, with the dollmaker: we asked somebody for a random number between 1 and 1120, which was 999, picked hairstyle no. 999, and each did a doll from it:

Guess which is whose - it's not that easy this time around, as Phia is really mastering that tool.
Next thing: boy figures, one by each of us:

And some more girls by Phia which each displays some sort of coherent style - kitsch, yes, twee, yes, but a coherence in colour and look, not just a mishmash, or a generic Disney princess (mind you, she did those as well). I like how she's not just getting the hang of that tool but also creating quite different characters with it, not just Sue-ish strawberry blonde princesses:

Actually, the 'Girl 999' one with the pet is mine, the boy with the pet is hers. And yes, she has a good eye and a good sense of style and colour, and the sort of instinct that it takes to create a complete character.
*is terribly proud of Little Lady*

But there's a movie tonight that might be interesting for you, too and as you "notoriously don't buy TV-Guides" (*g* that's another nice one!) you might miss it: Swing. It's at 0:25 on BR.
