Isotonic drink
It's odd how easily I got used to the saltiness of the stuff; I still dump in my teaspoon of salt per litre, but it no longer tastes strange, it just tastes normal.
I do different mixtures, too - with pineapple, with grapefruit, etc. The best is the one with red orange and elderberry juice - looks like actual blood, tastes like the nectar of the gods. Really.
And keeps me going while it's hot.
