I have no idea who you are, as Jenna loyally wouldn't tell me; we might have talked before, you might object to me - I have no idea. I am Maru, who also plays Asar-Suti and Maglor, Khayman, and the Tarot card Tower.
 
Encouraged by Jenna and the lateness of the hour (I am on GMT +1), I have just apped the original Captain Jack Harkness from Torchwood episode 12. His journal is firstcptjack
 
I have no intention of messing with your plot, and I don't even quite get from how far into Torchwood you are playing Jack - if at all. All it needs is bapping orginal!Jack firmly on the nose with a 'Who are you - I have never seen you in my life' and he will walk off, hurt but not insisting, and you can get on with what you were doing while original!Jack starts exploring the afterlife.
 
If you are so inclined - otherwise, we could have us some fascinating plot.

(On the other hand, I might not be the only one to have apped him, and the other mun might have been faster. Rarely were apps that suspenseful.-)

I am such a fool, I completely missed the link in Jenna's email the first time around, Aspen had to poke me again. *eyedart*

But I am never one to refuse plot, provided it works, and it certainly seems to! What I'm going to do shortly is put up a post locked to Torchwood-muns (and possible muns, and interested parties) just so we can hash out possibilities for playing out the series, and figure out what everyone wants to do alone, and what would be good to do as a team. So, if you wanted to enter him before we got to that point in canon, that's fine - if you wanted to wait, also fine! Either way, it would be fun to play out the canon episode with all the pups involved...

But yes! I'll add your Jack's journal to the filter, and we'll talk. *grins*

Okay, that sounds all very promising - and if you're going through Torchwood the way Aspen went through PotC2, I'm all for it! Also, I'm quite able to sit on a charrie until it's time to bring them in; I'm not one of those muns who have to play them the first evening the apps are out.

On the contrary, I don't like my first entrances lost in the wash - so I'll be along for the plotting, and then we can see what happens.

It will be fun - I hope I get him!
