Well, it might have given Le Chiffre a sexual rush (and mind you, i have no idea who Le Chiffre-mun in Milliways is, I mean the canon charrie, not the Milli!pup), but it certainly didn't do for Bond. And consensuality gets taken very serious by the BDSM types I read and heard about.

Also, the point in the exercise wasn't the sexual rush but the extraction of information, even if Le Chiffre set it up in a way that he'd enjoy it.
