The Enterprise D

I'm going to be re-housed soon because the orcs from next door are going to work over our house orc-fashion as well, and we all get deported? At least we're entitled to replacement accomodation. Falk the Metropolitan claimed he knew where they'd try to put me if I was ready to move to the big street that encircles our block, instead of staying in the inside - where I would get more square meters for the same money.

But the houses are from 1982, and look a lot like something from 'Star Trek - The Next Generation'...

The back courtyard of the first of the houses - small, and dark in the afternoon

The first of the houses from the back (the front doesn't interest me as the smaller flats only have windows to the back; the gate is definitely not cat safe, and it's dark in the afternoon. Not so good. Smaller, though.

The back courtyard of the second of the houses - larger and generally sunnier, even if still no afternoon sun.  The other houses are much prettier, but apparently not on offer.

Back of the second house, including the blacony with the Tibetan prayer flags that I mentioned. Gate is cat safe - the mice can escape, but the kitty couldn't follow, it's too narrow for his big head.

The house from the back courtyard - we noticed that in the building in the middle, over the hall (there is a hall there, with a pub and stuff, in the middle separating the two houses) the left flat in the first floor above the hall is empty. It has that nice winter garden not!balcony - I'd take that in jiffy...

I think I'll go if the flat is in the second courtyard, and considerably larger than my current one. This one is 27 square meters; from 35 upwards, I will talk...

No, I have 27, you must have more. I think Falk said that you have 35 or something. Don't take anything less than 40.
