Here's a few pictures of peaceful domesticity from the last few days:


Mephisto is really cute IRL; but on pictures, he's plug-ugly. Just look at that scowl, and that glare!


Lucifer, on the other hand, is always cute, even if all you see is a nose, some whiskers, and a tail-tip

And that is the new chair I ended up getting from IKEA after I went there for one single plate. I carried it home, slung over my back, and had terribly sore muscles the next day.

It looks like a comfy chair that was worth the pain, though!

Now that I've had it a while and can say that it's really very comfy (much better for sitting on all evening than the squishy divan!), and the sore muscles have calmed down, so yes, it was worth it...

Ahhh, but the uncomfortableness of that book is counteracted by the generally very sweet and fluffy black thing looking out of the window...

I am amazed nobody spotted him. But then, on the other hand, he is a cheeky sod and pretends to be part of the laptop table.-

My cat tries to nuzzle my hands away from the book. Smart cat.
