Splurge!

It's cheap week at Müller's* again, and I bought a bunch of movies:

• Deliverance (that was the one I went in there for)
• Borat
• Brokeback Mountain (I saw that one in the cinema, of course, but thought it would be nice to have it)
• Apocalypto
• Chaos
• March of the Penguins

If you think I should be warned before I harm my brain with any of those (yes, I know all and any Mel Gibson movies are most likely no good, but 'Apocalypto' might be slightly less unpalatable than 'PotC The Other One'; and I got 'Chaos' only because of yummy Ryan Philippe) -- well, if any of them is bad or dangerous or anything, warn me? Thanks!



* Really a chemist's, but they have this amazingly good CD and DVD department upstairs.

I've never seen Apocalypto, but wanted to.

As for deliverance, it's a good view into the stuff only a short distance from here. Now you know why I want to move back north :)

I have lived both North and South of the Atlantean, and there are hillbillies everywhere!

I'll take the South and the sunshine over the North and it's snow.
