Now this is geetting ridiculous...

Today is March 24th, right? Next weekend, daylight saving starts in Europe and all other places of the northern hemisphere that had not been Bush'ed, right?

Why, oh why, is it then snowing in fat white flakes that even stick to the ground outside the paths, coming down exactly like a burst feather duvet? My little black cat is jumping as high as my head at the french window in the kitchen, trying to catch the flakes drifting past or even hovering in an updraft.

On March 24th! It ain't natural!!

ETA: Now with pictorial proof: a picture the Nazgul took of the snowfall in her courtyard, right now:

sad sight that is... we over in the land that was Bush'd had snow on the morning of supposedly the first day of spring... and it's frosted every day since then. i dislike winter, muchly.

we shall migrate to the beaches of the south and live in grass huts!

so long as we can leech off a wireless connection from the wealthy person living in the mansion...

When you've got snow in June, which isn't that unusual for myself or [livejournal.com profile] bitchy_brat then we can talk about unnatural. :P

Where do you live? I think I'd like to move there.

*hisses at horrid DC heat*

Upstate NY, just off the finger-lakes.

I don't mind the snow because it means blankets and bundling up.

Living here means a lot of stripping down to the nothings, and...I'm sorry I don't like wearing skimpy clothes. It shows the rolls that haven't left since the baby.

Snow vs. 125 degree Fahrenheit heat? Gimme snow any day.
