These really need to be written. The Maltese Viceroy's Lonely Mistress and The Parisian Vampire's Quiet Feminist are especially evocative.

I'm sure I've read both The Nordic Pirate's Lovely Prisoner and The Turkish Heir's Unctuous Virgin at some point (isn't that the plot of L'italiana in Algeri?).
