BPAL scent of the day
I'm not going to keep doing this; it's just that
moons_storm wanted to know what my impressions are. I only have a limited number of imps, never fear.-
Earth Ox
It smells neither earthy nor oxen-y; it started out with a scent of melons and then, as it got warmed up on me, turned into something that I feel as 'generally American', candy like, and reminiscent of strawberry and sassafras. I associate root beer and entirely artificial chewing gum, or scented erasers on the back of cutesy little pencils for cutesy eleven-year old girls. I said I was going to be hopelessly, uselessly subjective, didn't I?
I overslept horribly today and spent the day unsuccessfully catching up with myself; it was rather old and snowy, and I worked an awful lot. I did terrorise my colleague who cost me Monday and Tuesday with proof-reading which he then refused to put into practice, into maybe doing that after all. So work-wise, all wasn't really lost.
But all in all, neither the scent of the day, nor the day of the scent, was a real success or led to much happiness.
