My new computer did its thing without any hassle, and now has all my data and music, and I've been on it, with the old one closed down, for about five or six hours.
I made a play list of all music I'd never played, according to iTunes. Now it's playing them one by one, then kicking them off the play list. Fun, eh? So I make sure, in the next days or weeks, I have nothing on there I've never listened to.
And my cats are cute. Lucifer's paws are huge.
And I should go to sleep soon. I want to be awake tomorrow in the afternoon, after all, to go swimming with the Nazgul...

I bought Harry a toy mouse today, similar to the one Caleb's cats have. He thinks it's the Bestest Thing Ever. Never seen him so totally distracted and active in my life. Played for 1 1/2 hours straight and afterward konked out, exhausted. He clearly recognizes that it's a mouse and not just a blob or a ball. He is killing it slowly :)
Meanwhile said sleeping cat is in his cat bed. Which he does not -fit- into any more. He puts his head and paws out the front. Oh dear! Had to buy a new cat carrier because he broke the old one -- too heavy. I wonder if he's done growing yet! Supposedly this type of cat grows 'til age 3. Yikes!
