As promised

For idylchild, as promised, a coffee table set with some of my Lomonossov porcelain. I have no dessert plates yet; I might ask for them for next Christmas. And as I make my coffee in that french press, having a coffee pot is pointless.



And as I was taking pictures anyway, have a little black Mephisto looking deathly serious.

That's a beautiful setting and Mephisto is quite serious. He looks as if he has plans.

Mephisto tends to have plans. He's that kind of cat. However, his plans do not always make sense to humans.

This sort of serious and gawky expression seems to be common in black cats. However, Mephisto can be quite strange, not just look strange.-

I've got a number of icons, all in that corner. They're all just the common everyday sort, but do come from special places. The framed one, for example, is from Alexande Nevski Monastery in St. Petersburg...

Beautiful crockery - I remember the horrendous destruction of crockery when you moved in, so it's nice to see replacements :)

Bimpfi! Damn, my Kobold really is fat and though you know I try to be cruel she remains the typical housecat shape that all people (except my vet) said she should become.
Plus she has no whiskers (care of her sister).

Honestly? I love my life, just as it is, cats and computers, Nazgul and Little Lady and all. There are movies and shows to watch, people to chat with, plants to take care of and nice food and drink to enjoy. There is Lomonossov porcelain and a mostly useless little collection of sharp and pointy things that I am just glad to own. (Nice new razor-sharp kama for the win!) There are stacks of books to read and a bathtub I can have a bath in whenever I want. I feel incredibly privileged with my life as it is.
