Alice, my ISP, conked out thoroughly and over great parts of Munich tonight, and I'm on my emergency mobile 'broadband'. Anything Google is fast and behaves normally, but everything else just crawwwwwwls awfully.

Net neutrality what net neutrality?

Anyway, please excuse me if I am slow or give up to watch a movie instead.
