Almost done



Tomorrow will be my last day at the rehab place; on Thursday, I will go home to my cats at last.

As there are four official units of sports, and imaginative relaxation while around the time of sunset, this was already my last Chiemsee sunset.

This is the 'Goodbye St. Irmingard's' post. Goodbye tranquil lake and beautiful mountains -- the day after tomorrow, I finally get my life back!

Excellent news. I hope Mephi and Luci have laid on a PROPER home coming party for you that doesn't involve kitty litter and shredded curtains

I hope so. Lucifer did, anyway, when I first came home from the hospital. He sat on me and urgently demanded cuddles and wouldn't let me go.

And yes, the interesting activities will continue. My doctor had to eat her words (literally insofar, as she had to delete a passage with a recommendation from the letter to my GP) as I did everything I had said and wanted using my HAES approach and shunning weight loss; in addition, I ran a full kilometre today on the treadmill in the 20 minutes I was allotted, which isn't much for an experienced exerciser, but oodles more than I would have thought I can do, before this whole hullaballoo started.

I won at rehab -- now for the next part, back in RL...
