Oh, now you mention him: I've been wanting to ask you about why Falk is The Metropolitan for ages!

A thousand DVDs? Wow! I found the Ben-Hur DVD at our library too, but unfortunately my computer (who has no sound anyway) gets stuck before the Begging Scene, and, on the other side, before Judah gets to feed Jesus some water. Zer shame!

Anyway, I'll gladly await your comments on the film after your return. Maybe I'm so fascinated because I've nver seen it before and my Dad told me those stories about the time when it premiered at the cinemas (Ben-Hur: Screening 5 p.m., Chariot Race 7.15p.m.).

Oh, wind power generators! I love 'em. We actually have some on the Autobahn route to Hannover.

There are two Metropolitans, or three, depending on how you count 'em. They have a little graphics design and general mayhem business together that is called Metropolis, hence the nickname. They all sit in the cellar of the house where I live, complete with in-house network (which I share, as a branch has sneakily grown up all the way to to my desk) and the aforementioned one thousand (not elephants but) DVDs.

I can send you a postcard only if I had an address or mail drop to send it to, my dear. You can try telling me at mlpachali at areion dot org where you want the postcard sent...

And we try counting the wind power generators we can see on the way to the beach every year, but most abjectly fail, as there's such oodles of them, and the same one might sneakily turn up from behind a little dip and get counted again. In any case, there are Many.
