Urquhart had his bolt cocked already, to kill the woman serving the drinks in the bath-house before taking out her lord, the target of this commission. But when she saw him, a mere eye's blink before he'd shoot, she shook her head, and deftly grabbed her master by his hair. Urquhart moved in, a dark shadow, and slit the man's throat. "None of us will give you away," she whispered as the dark blood swirled into the bathwater.
