Doable New Year Resolutions 2012

As I have done in recent years, I will state some resolutions that I can and will keep in 2012.

1. I will not buy a space suit for my little black cat.

2. I will not paint all my walls entirely black.

3. I will always remember where up is.

4. I will not attempt to teach my littlest nephew Finnish.

5. I will not shoot my she-boss at point blank range.


In that spirit: - have a happy 2012!

I could at least attempt it? However, he is only one year old, and needs to learn to say 'Hallo' first, before anybody teaches him that it's 'Terve' in Finnish.

1, 3 and 5 are hard.

Yes, the Nazgul said 3 was hard as well, with the sufficient amount of allohol. I argued that the mead beer at the medieval events we plan to go to is far too expensive for me to reach a state where I might break 3.

5, of course, is a constant temptation. But I could murder her sneakily? Behead her with my Japanese fighting sickle? It's all not covered in that resolution.

You can buy a space suit for cats? I shouldn't be surprised but I'm just imagining Mephisto going I hate you so much.

Ahahah! Nah, but I am sure you can buy a customised space costume for cats; you can buy the weirdest cat costumes on the internet. Or I could buy the makings and make one.

Nah, thing is, the Nazgul and I tend to joke he wants a space suit because he worships UFOs = crows strangely at the reflections of light from our teacups of an evening, when we watch movies. He sits on the TV and cranes his neck strangely.
