Now I've got that digital camera, I can't stop taking pictures...

Yesterday, I took some of my friend nazgul_nr_5 wearing her new Jedi outfit, which she needed to get it certified by the semi-official Star Wars costuming group. Apparently, there is such a thing - George Lucas understands fandom, it seems, quite unlike She Who Must Not Be Named and then some...

Anyway, during that photo session, I captured a few impressions of what Jedi Knights do while off duty...

Oh my God, that's brilliant! Tell her it's brilliant. Me and my boyfriend are currently writing a fic about two screw-up Jedis, (it's the only fandom we agree on.)

Well, she's rather proud of that costume - she has all reason to be. I think I'll post a link to the 'regular' pictures when she finally puts them online somewhere; it's incredibly detailed.

But I found a Jedi in socks, and a Jedi with champagne, too funny to pass up...

Oh my...In the third picture I look as if I already had too much of the bubbly stuff...
I still need to do the lightsaber thingy before I can submit the photos. BTW, I should have told you about that exhibition in Mainz, about faked photos. They interviewed some people on the streets and the usual comments are like "No, I really don't think you can fake photos like that...". :-D

Exhibition? Mainz? Faked photos? Pity, I was there just last week - not the exhibition, Mainz.

I think the bubbly stuff tends to appear like too much no matter how much you had. It's its nature. As you said, rather a bottle of Bailey's than a glass of that, sobriety-wise.

And we still have a whole bottle of the real stuff from the lady who mostly owns Svava the kitten - they came to see me yesterday, and Svava so wanted to run into my appartment and hide underneath the sofa...
