Nah, one says "Gute Besserung", which means "Good improvement," implaying one wishes that to the sick or injured person.

"Herzliches Beileid" is when somebody died. *grins*

Luckily, I didn't slay the larger village girl who jumped with my Little Lady on the trampoline, causing her to fall and sprain her foot/tear her ligament.
