I read that the Munich city council has forbidden all the public containers where charities collect used clothes because they make the city look scruffy. It won't belong until a general all-day curfew because the inhabitants spoil the nice cityscape.

Why would they ban it? Because it's scheduled for one minute before midnight, instead of one after, and the movie is only allowed to start on Wednesday?
