Funny thing is, I have done a mild form of whitewater rafting (perhaps it was grey water?) on the wilder part of the Isar river, and I totally loved it to bits and wanted to go again right away when we arrived downstream...

wiebke  and cracicotus have arrived here safely; we had breakfast, and they're now taking naps. It's the middle of the bloody night for them.

Over breakfast, we planned to have a Haidhausen ghost walk on Sunday; all the old spooky places, the ancient church, the place where the orphanage/workhouse used to be etc. nazgulwears , you up for that, or would you rather just arrive in the afternoon for dinner and movie as usual, with added Americans? We're watching 'V for Vendetta' because when I fed them Vendetta toast just now, they admitted they never saw that movie - wanted to, but didn't get around to it. And they will have to because it's a work of genius, and probably right up their alley.

Wendy said there were oodles of Vs at Dragon*Con this year; it is a comparatively easy costume even the sartorially challenged can make.-
