It's getting bizarre
Nov. 16th, 2009 12:58 pmI called Alice again, and they said they'd sent off the router on Saturday, but they can't give me the tracking number to get in contact with the company delivering it.
That's because they get the package tracking number only AFTER the package has been delivered.
So what I will have to do is wait until they tried to deliver it once, left a note, and then call the delivery people to arrange the delivery. Because, really, you can't expect people to be at home at random times on any given weekday. It is, however, what these people do expect.
So, until I find out when they plan to deliver, no home internet. Things are progressing from 'Well, they're dealing with it' to 'Fuck, they're dealing with it incompetently!'
