My life has been very nice and pleasant lately, and I'd like to share some pictures from the last few weeks.



This is my neighbourhood seen over the rim of the often mentioned white wine spritzer at the Italian street café around the corner.

ABSOLUT BDSM

Point-of-sale display at the big hypermarket where I sometimes go shopping with japanologist on a Saturday, because he has a car and stuff is heavy. No, I didn't buy one of them. What do I want with a leather Absolut bottle cover?? But I liked the look.



We are geek. That was the Sunday when japanologist came and redid the Ubuntu Linux on my EEE. You see the Nazgul, the Nazgul's laptop, japanologist's MacBook, my EEE being redone, and my big Win7 laptop.



A spot of guerilla gardening that happened exactly opposite my door.



Lucifer is longer than one half of my french windows is wide.



Longcat is long. Blackkitty is black. Film at eleven.

I love the photos and Lucifer really reminds me of the tiger kitty that I grew up with. His name was Charlie and my father called him Charlie Meatloaf and he was an utter sweetie.

Also I've been taking pictures with my new camera, its so small and awesome.

I will take more on my walk home since I'm on campus at the moment. Sometimes I'm oddly picky about pictures I take, I'm weird that way. Don't worry at some point there will be a massive picture post.

Yes, they are big burly bloke!cats now. Mephi has long legs and is really energetic, Lucifer is just tall and big and strong, something like Arnold Schwarzenegger as a cat?

Oh yes, I am having a wonderful time this summer. Even though it's a bit hot for my taste at the moment.

Photo journal would be nice to look at. Is that the 'picture a day for a year' meme I have seen here and there? Perhaps I should do that, too.-
