Sometimes, I HAVE to bawl. The best thing to get rid of a snotty cold that's sort of hanging on in my sinuses.

And there you have it! The wisdom in the ways of the world.

For instance I just learned today that sweating in 100 F (90% humidity) is really excellent for me as it is cleansing my body of toxins. That cycle of sweating and constantly drinking water will make me feel better.

Except that I don't...

Until I have showered and am in the air conditioning. :)

I am working on the 'sweat is good' thing, too, and moving it from the domain of 'Should Not Be' to the place where things are normal, because I say so. I found that eliminating the domain of Should Not Be helped with unfucking my habitat, too.
