There are two mutually exclusive conspiracy theories haunting my brain just now. If they're still there by my morning, I'll post them to your enjoyment.

Any American on my flist who considers exile is welcome to kip on my sofa. I can borrow one of their old computers off the Metropolitans (they just bought shiny new Athlons and totally brilliant cases and all), and I discovered yet another spare hub at work yesterday, so more than one person can RP at once, which is important after all.

One good thing happened today: japanologist is beta-testing new music software and has made this absolutely amazing mix from classical strings and Indian Bhangra rhythms.

I shall keep listening to that while I spend the evening as the Captain again, with a bit of Teppic thrown in because he's needed for the story line.

Yay Conspiracy Theories! Do post them, by all means. I'll very likely support them. I've had some of my own, but they're very vague and not very elaborate (like "Bin Laden was a fake invented by the CIA all along" and "all the Bush-votes were made up and fed into the computers by some evil virus in the service of Dubyah").

Yep, I was thinking about offering asylum to Americans too.

You know, I'd like to take you up on that. I can't; I have school here, and a life, and realistically just now it wouldn't work. I have to slog through another year and a half of this as is before I'm out of high school. But, seriously, if I could, I'd take you up on that. *sigh*

You can always come after that. The sofa wil still be there, and a computer and a hub we will find, no matter where I might be working then, and what machines the Metropolitans are using by then.
