'Tweeny, Yap, Teka, Lady and Abby liked my cat pics from yesterday and wanted more: here they are!
Also, Star Wars III. You should have seen the Nazgul - she was so wibbly on the way there, and before the movie started, I almost felt impelled to put a ball-and-chain to her Jedi boots so she wouldn't take off with excitement.
And then there was Darth Vader in the cinema, to general applause:

And then, instead of ads and normal trailers, they showed the five old Star Wars trailers, beginning with a pinkish, grainy original from 1977, to general cheers and mounting excitement.
And then it began.
I explained to 'Tweeny and Sal last night why I liked this movie better than Episodes I. and II., so I'm not going to bore you with it again.
And now, on popular demand, more kitty pics:

What wonderful yellow eyes she has!!

I like how the pattern of her fur is a bit broader than usual in tabbies, and almost symmetrical, like mirrored wood...

On my chair, with the toy tiger

All attentive

Something is very interesting...

Annihilating the captured string toy

Full length - mark the beautiful pattern!

Jumping for the soft rubber ball on my camera pouch
And not more Jedi!Nazgul from last night, in front of the movie poster to prove we were there...

Checking that everything is correct - Jedi garb is complicated!

You can see the correct Padawan braid, and read the poster (mostly)

Note the lightsabre! It doesn't have a knob to turn it on, yet, as the correct part hadn't been delivered in time.

Full-length Jedi, complete with very correct boots.
Apart from the Nazgul and Darth Vader, there were about a dozen more costumed fans in the cinema, but I must say the Nazgul's boots looked most like those in the movie.
The folds of the hood of the robe, though, nobody had got correctly...
So - I hope that's enough cat for the time being for all of you who wanted to see more. If I see her doing something very noteworthy, I will take more pics, of course. Plus, tell you a secret: when I'm not taking pictures, she's even much cuter! She can be very energetic, almost dementedly so, also very gentle (when she bites, or pushed my hand around with her paw, it never hurts at all!), and so very, very schmoopy at times.
I will miss her when she goes back to her usual people next Saturday; but first, I get to enjoy her more than a week longer...

Only the males smell nasty, you know. That is true for many species of mammals; for cats as well.

And tellya what, I didn't get this reply in the mail, or any other from this thread. Grrr?
Yep. Am not that much of a fan after all. But then my research revealed the difference is only 1E. And I won't be there on Monday and at work on Tuesday afternoon and no time on Wednesday, so I can go this weekend just as well. Just gotta find someone to go with.
Trillian?

Then go.
Trillian combines ICQ and Yahoo and MSN. I posted about it for a while and finally got it to work and won't change back now.

Yes! I despaired for ages but now it works wonderfully. You cannot get all the icons and smiley faces and doodle pads, all the stupd toys, but that's no use anyway.
