Anything you could desire, really.
I can't say whether I think the fantasy world of the little girl real or not. ( Spoilers! )
One thing I can say, though. Why did 'El Laberinto del Fauno' turn into 'Pan's Labyrinth'? It's not the Great God Pan, it's just a pan. It a faun, really - well, half faun, half Ent, the way he's done in that movie, but a very well designed creature. Fauns aren't satyrs; they lack the constant randiness (to put it mildly) and Pan? Isn't a faun nor a satyr. There can be many of those, but only one Pan - he's the Greco-Roman version of the Horned God. I suspect that in the movie's title, he turned into Pan from just a faun when the producers looked for an English version and didn't trust people to sufficiently distinguish a faun from a fawn - even the Wikipedia article on fauns starts its disambiguation with the words "For the young deer, see fawn'.
Obviously, confusing the Great God Pan and a frying pan was not considered a potential issue...
