Admirable, the only sort of resolutions that sound any good; but I kept hearing that one should never ever make resolutions with "not" in them (possibly because those were always the only things I could think of).

That's rather the point of that meme, though -- doable resolutions often made up of 'I will not' and something utterly outrageous and bizarre. This is where it came from -- one of the Milliways mods.-
